1.1 - The Search2Give Services are only available for use for charities registered in the UK. We confirm details submitted to us with HMRC and the Charities Commission prior to approving a charity. By registering with Search2Give you are required to be authorised by your charity to partner with Search2Give.

1.2 - Charities are not required to pay a fee to be listed on Search2Give.

1.3 - By registering with Search2Give, you the charity are allowing Search2Give to display your charity name and the amount raised for you through Search2Give on our website.

1.4 - Payments to charities by Search2Give will be reviewed quarterly. When at least £15 has been raised for your charity with Search2Give your charity will be eligible to receive payment. If the amount raised for your charity is greater than £15 then a payment will be made to your charity soon after review. All payments are made by BACS direct bank transfer. Charities are required to supply Search2Give with their bank details in order to receive payment.

1.5 - The agreement between Search2Give and your charity can be terminated by either party at any time by written agreement, effective immediately.

1.6 - Search2Give will not share charities' details with any third parties

1.7 - Search2Give will not display charities' logos on search2give.co.uk without that charity's expressed permission.

2.1 - Search2Give allows any user to support their favourite charity every time they search the web. This costs nothing to the searcher, and nothing to the charity.

2.2 - Search2Give collects data from users such as internet IP's and records of searches performed using the Search2Give Services. This data is collected for analysis purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.

2.3 - When a User selects a charity to support, Search2Give places a cookie on the User's internet browser that keeps a record of what charity they're supporting. This cookie does not collect any information that could be deemed personal or sensitive information.

The results displayed by Search2Give Services are operated by Yahoo!, a service which Search2Give exercises no control. Search2Give is not liable for any potentially offensive or inappropriate material displayed in the search results.

4.1 - Search2Give exists purely to help charities help raise vital funds in a perfectly legal way. You shall not encourage or authorize people or supporters to spam search, click on any ads unnecessarily or through any other automated means. Search2Give is designed to be used like a regular search engine enabling you to help donate to charity simultaneously.

4.2 - You may not use any automated querying or searching to analyse the results given on Search2Give’s Services. This includes, but not exclusively, meta searching, offline searches and webpage ranking analysis.

4.3 - You may not use Search2Give Services to format the search results and display them in a different way or mirror them on your website.

Search2Give may change the terms and conditions at any time, without notice, without any liability to you, third parties or any other user. Search2Give recommends you review the Terms of Service regularly.

Search2Give disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, appropriateness of the search results from the Search2Give services. Search2Give disclaims all responsibility for any failure to display, store, or deletion of any material or information. Search2Give disclaims all responsibility for any harm resulting from accessing and/or downloading any information or material on the internet through Search2Give Services. You understand that you use the Search2Give Services at your own risk and are wholly responsible for any damages to your computer system or any loss of data that results from the download of material or data which could result in this.
